We received a top-secret call from one of Erie Insurance’s employees. The mission and plan? Surprise one of the leading insurance agents based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area with a prestigious award for their on-going stellar performance.

Strategic planning, stealth setup and camera placement, and a few lies later…the agent duo had no earthly idea what was really going on.

Exiting the building’s elevator, they quickly learned there was a different agenda for the day. Played out nicely and executed with ease and perfection, the award was delivered via the V.P and Branch Manager Teresa Young of Erie Insurance in North Carolina.
